The standard Maclaurin series
Differentiating term by term forces the coefficients to be $f^{(n)}(a)/n!$. The series for $e^x$, $\sin x$, $\cos x$ and $1/(1-x)$ are worth knowing outright, because almost every other series is one of them in disguise.
